Pipehouse annexe

The annexe is located 8 minutes from High Beeches and 5 miles from Bath, set in the grounds of a country cottage in the beautiful rural hamlet of Pipehouse, near Freshford. It offers exclusive luxurious accommodation for 2 (or family of up to 4 using a double sofa bed in the sitting room on the ground floor). Children aged 10 and over are welcome.

The accommodation provides secure parking with guaranteed peace and quiet in this idyllic location in a fully equipped independent cottage.

The interior of the annexe comprises of entrance hall, shower room with WC, a spacious sitting room (with colour TV and video) and a fully equipped kitchen (including electric oven, gas hob and microwave). Stairs lead to the first floor double bedroom which is also equipped with hairdryer and trouser press. All the ingredients are provided for a sumptuous continental breakfast + eggs,bacon, tea coffee, juice, cereal, milk etc.

The rate for one or two people, including continental breakfast, is £98 per night. Use of the sofa bed is an extra £32 per night, so the inclusive rate for three or four people is £130 per night.

As the accommodation is entirely independent you can come and go as you please and have breakfast when you want.
