Alison and Ian have lived in Bath and offered B&B to visitors for more than five years. They hope to make your stay as homely and comfortable as possible in their wonderful Edwardian family home and are full of advice in planning your days out in the area or choosing a good pub or restaurant close by.

High Beeches is situated on the Southern edge of Bath surrounded by glorious countryside, in an area of outstanding natural beauty but only a short distance from the centre of Bath with the rolling countryside and village of Southstoke behind us. We are located between the main campuses of the University of Bath and Bath Spa University with the MOD Foxhill offices, Bath Clinic, Wessex Water, Prior Park and Monkton Combe School all very close.

It is easily reached from the M3 M4 and M5 motorways and also from the A36 and A303 routes south, rail (Bath Spa 1.4 miles) and air (Bristol International 15 miles).
